A refund request must be submitted within 14 business days from the date of the transaction.
Refunds are applicable only in cases of duplicate transactions, incorrect donation amounts, or technical issues that caused unintended charges.
All refund requests are subject to internal verification and approval.

Donation Date and Amount
Transaction ID or Reference Number
Reason for the refund request
Our team will respond within 5 business days and, if the request is approved, initiate the refund within 14 business days.
Cancellation of Donations
Currently,we do not offer cancellation options for completed donations through the website or app. Please contact us immediately if you believe an error has occurred during the donation process.

We take all concerns seriously. If you feel your issue has not been resolved or you wish to raise a complaint related to a donation, service, or interaction with our team, you may submit a grievance through:
